How do I create or access my account?
Create or access your account from inside the Scribe app. If you have trouble signing in, email us at hello@scribeskate.com with the email address connected to your account.
How do I request account deletion?
You can submit a Delete Account request from within the Scribe app. Requests are reviewed manually and are typically completed within 5 business days. For questions, email hello@scribeskate.com.
Who should I contact for privacy questions?
Email hello@scribeskate.com for privacy questions, data access questions, correction requests, or questions about data retention and account deletion.
How does Scribe handle younger skaters?
For skaters under 13, Scribe requires parent or guardian involvement in account setup and use. Parents or guardians can contact support with questions or deletion requests.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If paid subscriptions are available in the app, they are managed through Apple. Go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Scribe, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Where do I ask billing or refund questions?
Billing and refund requests are generally handled by Apple. You can contact Apple Support, or email us if you need help finding the right path.
What's included in Scribe?
Scribe helps skaters track training logs, coach notes, goals, tests, competitions, elements, progress, reports, and equipment details in one organized place.
What USFS tests does Scribe support?
Scribe supports major USFS test areas including Free Skate, Skating Skills, Ice Dance, Adult Free Skate, Adult Skating Skills, and Adult Dance, from early levels through advanced levels.
Can I use Scribe for Pairs or Synchronized skating?
Scribe currently focuses on Singles and Ice Dance. Support for Pairs and Synchronized skating may be added in a future update based on user feedback.
I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?
Email us at hello@scribeskate.com with your device type, app version if available, what happened, and any screenshots that may help us troubleshoot.

If Scribe offers paid subscriptions in the app, subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and billing are handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
