How do I start my 7-day free trial?

After completing onboarding, you'll be prompted to start your free 7-day trial with full PRO access. No payment is required upfront. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Scribe, then tap "Cancel Subscription." Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What's included in the PRO subscription?

PRO includes unlimited training sessions, IJS Competitive Mode with GOE tracking, advanced analytics, custom goals, competition prep tools, and access to all future features.

Can I export my training data?

Yes! Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Training Data. You can export your complete training history as a PDF or CSV file.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and secure cloud storage through Supabase. Your data is private and never shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What USFS tests does Scribe support?

Scribe supports all USFS test tracks including Free Skate, Skating Skills, Ice Dance, Adult Free Skate, Adult Skating Skills, and Adult Dance, from Pre-Preliminary through Gold and International levels.

Can I use Scribe for Pairs or Synchronized skating?

Version 1.0 focuses on Singles and Ice Dance. Support for Pairs and Synchronized skating is planned for a future update based on user demand.

How do I track my element progression?

Go to Elements → select any element → update its stage from Introduced → Developing → Inconsistent → Consistent → Program-Ready → Performance-Ready. Scribe tracks ~230 elements across jumps, spins, and footwork.

Is Scribe COPPA compliant?

Yes. Users under 13 require verifiable parental consent. Parents can review, manage, or delete their child's data by contacting us at support@scribeskate.com.

I found a bug or have a feature request. How do I report it?

We'd love to hear from you! Email us at support@scribeskate.com with details. We actively incorporate user feedback into our development roadmap.
