Welcome to Scribe. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements

• The App is intended for users aged 13 and older
• Users under 13 must have verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA
• You agree to provide accurate onboarding and account information

3. Subscription Terms

• 14-Day Free Trial: Full access to PRO features
• Monthly Subscription: $9.99/month
• Annual Subscription: $79.99/year
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before renewal
• Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings

4. Use of the App

Scribe is intended for personal figure skating training and progress tracking. You agree not to misuse, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

5. User Data and Content

You retain ownership of the training data and content you create inside Scribe. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process that information solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. Disclaimer

Scribe is a training organization and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, coaching substitute, or guarantee of athletic performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scribe Skate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
